Open Intelligence and its parent company, Trend Monitor, have been in the business of researching and compiling bespoke intelligence reports for corporate customers since the late 1980s. Between 1986 and 1992, we also published in book format, Trend Monitor Reports: Computing Communications and Media, updated quarterly, at a high ‘pure information’ subscription rates.

Now part of our open agenda is to give away intelligence reports and expertise, paid for by bespoke customers, enabling social media and network groups to do content analysis for themselves.
